Guarantee
When purchasing karaoke systems and other karaoke equipment from Studio Evolution, you receive a warranty card that provides the possibility of warranty service for the purchased karaoke equipment.

  1. Warranty service means free repair of the product or replacement with a similar product (if repair is impossible) during the warranty period.
  2. The guarantee is valid on presentation of a correctly completed warranty card with the seal of the seller and the date of sale of the product.
  3. The warranty period for the product is 12 months from the date of sale.
  4. The duration of work under the warranty cannot exceed 10 working days from the date of receipt of the defective product at the manufacturer's service center.
  5. Consumables (Expense materials) and accessories (connecting cables, batteries, documentation, packaging, etc.) are not subject to free replacement, restoration and repair.
  6. Preventive maintenance (dust removal of devices, reading systems, fans, and other components that make up karaoke equipment) is not a warranty repair and is performed for a fee.
  7. Defects in the appearance of the product that have arisen during use are not subject to free restoration.
  8. The Service Center shall not be liable for any delay in performing warranty repairs due to reasons beyond its control.
  9. The warranty period is extended by the time the product is being repaired.



The basis for denial of warranty service is:
  1. Violation by the consumer of the rules for the operation, storage or transportation of goods, mechanical or thermal damages, deformation that occurred after the transfer of the goods to the consumer.
  2. Using the product for purposes that do not correspond to the intended purpose of the product.
  3. Do-it-yourself and unauthorized disassembly, repair, preventive maintenance or modification processes.
  4. A product with missing or damaged  "Studio Evolution" security sticker.
  5. Using the product in a polluted environment, high or low temperatures, high humidity, rain or snow, direct sunlight, etc.
  6. Incorrect installation and connection of the product.
  7. Impact of superior power (force majeure) circumstances (fire, rain, hurricane, lightning, earthquakes and other natural disasters).
  8. Failure to comply with the rules of care, inaccurate use of the product.
  9. Defects resulting from the use of low-quality or obsolete components (for example connecting cables or power cables) that the Buyer had or purchased from third parties.
  10. Incorrect preparation for work, not qualified adjustment including the use of excessive force.
  11. Traces of penetration into and / or on the surface of the product of substances, liquids, as well as damage caused by pets, rodents or insects.
  12. A product on which unauthorized software has been installed or attempted to be installed.
